Stephen Flecker is a Certified Life/Business Coach, accredited by John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Chloe Madanes and Brian Tracy. He is committed to helping people understand the psychology of success.      As a New York native born in Brooklyn, Stephen has always had a proclivity for business and entrepreneurship. He began his first business venture with his best friend when he was only 10 years old, supplying his local community with snow shoveling and lawn cutting services. In junior high, with the help of his father, he launched his first real corporation, Educational Ski Tours, Inc., which organized both group and school-sponsored ski trips, allowing attendees to hit the slopes and enjoy the thrill of gliding down a freshly powdered mountaintop.

   His pursuits didn’t end there. In college, Flecker started two more companies: Bartending Service by Stephen, a cocktail and catering business, and STS LTD, a student ticketing service that furnished undergrads with exclusive and cost-effective access to popular concerts and sporting events. As the chairman of the pub committee at PACE University, he also opened an on-campus nightclub known as WaHoos, booking local and national acts for students to enjoy during an evening out with friends. This was the first venture that ever turned a profit for the pub committee, supplying the means necessary to fund other events and endeavors.

   During Stephen’s junior year, he wrote a business plan for one of his marketing courses. The professor was so impressed, he suggested Flecker take it to the bank to procure startup capital. That summer, he purchased his first limousine, starting SGF Custom Limousine Inc. Thanks to his focus and determination, the SGF business skyrocketed, becoming an industry leader and million-dollar company with over 15 vehicles and 50 employees. Stephen initiated the process of taking SGF public with an IPO, eventually selling the company in 1999. With the success of SGF, Stephen was approached by several business owners in need of guidance and marketing services. This led to the birth of SGF Management Group in 1994, which remains in operation today, offering consulting services for small to medium-sized businesses.

   A passion for networking, meeting new people, and impacting the lives of others for the better has led him on several adventures over the years – from the real estate and travel industries to becoming an author, ski instructor, and founding member of a magazine publishing team. From 2004 to 2017, Flecker was a district coordinator for Aflac Insurance, earning multiple awards and recognition for his leadership, sales, mentoring, and team-building skills. During this time, Stephen realized a lifelong dream and became a volunteer, and later a member of the coaching division, for Tony Robbins, a true inspiration for many of his pursuits.

   On a personal level, Stephen is more than just a successful businessman. He currently lives in Long Island with his son, daughter, and enough pets to rival a small zoo. Since his wife’s passing in 2017 from cancer, Stephen has focused his energy on fostering a positive environment for his kids, encouraging them to continue thriving and moving forward. Together, they enjoy golfing, skiing, traveling, and volunteering for causes they’re passionate about.

   When he’s not traveling the world, Flecker now battles fires as a volunteer firefighter, runs Transforming Life Coaching, Long Island RVs (an RV rental company), Round Tuit Handyman Services, and continues to dabble in the travel business, legal services business, business consulting, and real estate investment rentals. Stephen firmly believes that each of us can control our destiny and is committed to helping individuals transform their lives through proactive coaching, the creation of action plans, and the use of behavior modification techniques.
